I’m a first-generation Dutch-Indonesian born in the U.S. and a second-generation bodyworker with over 1,000 hours of holistic health training. A graduate of the School of Healing Arts in Pacific Beach and a nationally certified massage practitioner, I’ve spent decades helping others heal by integrating mind, body, spirit, and emotion.

My path to holistic healing began in 1996 after being diagnosed with endometriosis and a large ovarian cyst. Years of hormone treatments left me depleted and frustrated. When insomnia and debilitating panic attacks followed, I knew something had to change. I left my 13-year corporate accounting career and dove into holistic healing—seeking my own recovery and discovering my true calling.

Through psychotherapy, massage, spiritual practices, bioenergetics counseling, acupuncture, and dietary changes, I became medication-free, panic-free, and my insomnia subsided. Yet painful menses and fertility challenges persisted. That’s when I found the missing piece: the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT). I trained directly with Dr. Rosita Arvigo in 2005, becoming one of the first apprentices in Southern California. After completing 50 case studies, I earned certification in 2006 and later studied Spiritual Healing with Rosita in Belize.

My passion for Maya Abdominal Therapy led me to teach and share this sacred tradition. In 2009, I became one of the first Certified Community Educators for the Arvigo Institute®, and in 2016, a Certified Arvigo® Self Care Teacher.

Over time, I noticed that clients with deep-rooted traumas often needed more support to fully heal. This inspired me to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a powerful modality that explores how thoughts, language, and behavior shape our lives. As a Certified NLP Practitioner, I’ve helped clients release decades-old trauma—sometimes in just one session—by combining NLP with hypnotherapy.

I specialize in women’s health across all life stages, from fertility and preconception to postpartum and menopause. About two-thirds of my clients seek support for reproductive wellness; others come for digestive, hormonal, or emotional concerns. I’ve also helped men with abdominal and digestive issues.

My work has supported women dealing with painful periods, hormonal imbalances, prolapsed or tipped uterus symptoms (such as frequent urination, constipation, low libido, or painful intercourse), and emotional stagnation. I treat every client as a whole person—with compassion, care, and deep respect for their journey.

In 2019, I interned to become a Certified Arvigo Advanced Teacher. And in 2020, I joined twenty-one teachers and practitioners alongside Dr. Arvigo to co-found The Abdominal Therapy Collective (ATC). I’m currently re-engaging with the ATC and will be teaching Basic classes soon.

For 18 years, I owned Gen-Touch Massage and Holistic Therapy, becoming one of San Diego’s leading Holistic Fertility Empowerment Experts. In 2021, I received a clear message that this chapter was complete. I sold my home to a heart-centered couple and closed my massage practice. Since then, I’ve been adventuring on the road and creating my next offering: Own Your Merde™—a holistic health program that honors all aspects of self: the Light, the Shadow, the Grotesque, and the Beautiful.
